What is the 12-Point Drain Health Assessment?
A professional annual inspection of your home’s drain and sewer system, including a written report and maintenance recommendations.
How long does a membership last?
Memberships run 12 months from your enrollment date and renew annually. We’ll notify you before each renewal, and you can cancel anytime.
What’s the difference between a secondary and a main line cleaning?
A secondary cleaning clears an individual fixture drain, such as a sink, tub, laundry, or floor drain. A main line cleaning clears the primary sewer line that carries waste from your whole home to the city connection.
Can I share my membership or transfer my included cleaning?
Memberships and included cleanings are tied to your service address and can’t be transferred or exchanged. One included cleaning per membership year, with no rollover.
What does priority scheduling mean?
Members are placed ahead of non-members when we set the day’s route, so you get the earliest available appointment we can offer.
