Emergency Drain & Sewer Service

Backed up? We will handle it.

Call early and same-day is often on the table. We keep you informed on timing and arrive ready to solve the problem, not just look at it.

Flat-rate pricing applies even in an emergency, because the price we give you is the price you pay.

A backed-up main line is an emergency. We respond fast across the west metro, often same-day when you call early, and a real person answers when you call.

When sewage is backing up into your home, speed and reliability are the whole game. We show up when we said we would, ready to work, and clear the problem for a flat price quoted up front, even after hours. No fake urgency and no emergency-rate surprises, just honest, prompt help on a bad day, handled the way we would want it handled at our own home.

What emergency calls look like

A few recent ones, so you know what to expect:

  • Sewage standing in a basement bathroom. The floor cleanout was surrounded by about 3 inches of sewage. We opened it, ran a 6-inch blade out 85 feet, and had the tenants upstairs run their tubs to flush the line as it opened. The camera then showed roots, wipes, and a scaled-up cast iron section that needs descaling to prevent the next one.
  • A backup six months after another company recommended a liner. We cameraed first and found the clog at 85 feet, where the pipe changes to clay tile and roots had packed in. We cleared it, then cleaned the rest of the clay out to the city connection at 98 feet.
  • Floor drains backing up on an Edina street under construction. The cause was toilet paper wedged at a turn 30 feet out. Once it was cleared, the camera made it all the way to the city with no roots or offsets.
  • A repeat backup in an older Wayzata home. The line was under water from 30 to 88 feet, with a compromised section at 88 feet. We showed the homeowner the footage and laid out the next step: jet the line, and dig only if jetting can't clear it.
  • An Edina double house sharing one sewer with the neighbor. The blockage was on the neighbor's side of the shared line, so it had to be cleaned from there. We told the homeowner that instead of charging for a cleaning that couldn't fix it.

After-hours visits add one flat charge, listed on our pricing page, on top of the flat service price.
