Recent repair work
- Spot repair in Edina, near 50th & France. The camera showed standing water and a broken or badly offset section about 50 feet out in the front yard. We managed the excavation with our sewer utility partner and replaced the broken section, with permits, utility locates, inspection, and backfill included in the price. A section of fence came down temporarily for the excavator. Once the pipe was exposed, we checked the rest of the line and priced trenchless lining as a separate option, with a discount if done in the same project. The repair was finished the same day.
- Cracked cast iron in a basement. An active leak came from a crack running into the hub at the cleanout. We pulled off paneling to see the full extent and photographed it before scoping the repair.
- A line that could collapse in St. Louis Park's Birchwood neighborhood. Badly offset and cracked at 27 feet and holding water, with another offset at 64 feet. We located both from the yard so the owner knows the scope before anyone digs.
